Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining procedures and processes while managing your own team
- Working collaboratively with other departments
- Encourage reports of 'near misses' and 'non-conformance'
- Adopt the highest standard of Health and Safety and Manufacturing best practice
- Provide feedback and conduct appraisals with team members
- Address performance issues efficiently and communicate plans to the team
- Drive continuous improvement within the team
Skills & Experience
- 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment or Bachelor's degree
- Management experience and the skills to optimise team development
- Knowledge of conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Ability to challenge and drive process improvements
