Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining procedures and processes while managing your own team

  • Adopt the highest standard of Health and Safety and Manufacturing best practice
  • Provide feedback and conduct appraisals with team members
  • Address performance issues efficiently and communicate plans to the team
  • Drive continuous improvement within the team

Skills & Experience

  • 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment or Bachelor's degree
  • Management experience and the skills to optimise team development
  • Knowledge of conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Ability to challenge and drive process improvements
