We are seeking a motivated Business Support Administrator to join a specialist consultancy based in central Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide direct support to the Director, manage a range of office tasks, and contribute to exciting property and construction projects.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Provide diary and inbox management support to the Director, including responding to queries and booking appointments.
  • Handle general office administration and answer telephone enquiries.
  • Assist the Director with holiday rental administration tasks.
  • Review project schedules, specifications, and construction drawings, compiling relevant data.
  • Liaise with builders and project design teams to gather ongoing project information.
  • Assist with the preparation of client documentation and spreadsheet reports.
  • Support compliance procedures such as money laundering checks.
  • Help prepare fee proposals and stay informed on current property and construction legislation.
