You’ll play a key role in ensuring Directors are fully prepared, meetings run smoothly, and the organisation’s objectives are delivered with efficiency and professionalism.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide full administrative support to senior leaders, including diary and inbox management
  • Liaise with colleagues and external stakeholders to coordinate meetings, travel, and events
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely distribution of documentation
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, regional partners, and stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive communications
  • Organise high-profile events and VIP visits, managing logistics and liaising with communications teams
  • Contribute to improving office administration systems and support apprentices or temporary staff
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Business Administration, or demonstrable equivalent experience
  • Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment, including supporting senior stakeholders
