- Provide full administrative support to senior leaders, including diary and inbox management
- Liaise with colleagues and external stakeholders to coordinate meetings, travel, and events
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely distribution of documentation
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, regional partners, and stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive communications
- Organise high-profile events and VIP visits, managing logistics and liaising with communications teams
- Contribute to improving office administration systems and support apprentices or temporary staff
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Business Administration, or demonstrable equivalent experience
- Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment, including supporting senior stakeholders
