They are now looking to hire a Trainee Paraplanner to join their growing paraplanning function. This role is perfect for someone who has already started their financial services journey—perhaps as an IFA Administrator or Junior Paraplanner—and has completed a few R0 exams or is already working toward the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing research and financial planning reports based on client needs
  • Support with the preparation of client documentation, reports, and financial cashflow forecasts
  • Liaise with product providers and internal teams to obtain information and clarify technical details
  • Undertake detailed product and fund research using leading tools and platforms
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with internal standards, compliance, and FCA regulations

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Some experience in financial services (IFA admin, trainee paraplanning, etc.)
  • Ideally a few R0 exams completed or in progress
  • A strong desire to learn and develop into a full Paraplanner role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
