This is a pivotal appointment within the business and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to shape and support the next stage of the firm’s strategic growth.

With ambitious plans to double assets under management in the coming years and modernise their operational approach, they are looking for a proactive and strategic professional to take ownership of the administration team and help build a high-performing support function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and improve internal processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Act as a key point of contact for operational matters and internal communications
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff as the team grows
  • Ensure high-quality client service standards are maintained throughout all administrative touchpoints
