Build Twenty Two is a specialist construction company focused on restoring and reconfiguring beautiful period buildings across the South West. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a part-time Operations Administrator to support our leadership team and wider colleagues.

You’ll be at the heart of our business operations, helping us to streamline our process, providing support to the Directors and enabling our projects teams to focus on delivering outstanding work.

Location & Salary

This is an office-based role in Marshfield, Wiltshire.Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 FTE (£16,800 - £18,000 per annum)Hours: 20–25 hours per week, with flexibility for the right person

Key Responsibilities

  • Support directors with business-wide projects, system improvements, and operational planning
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including procurement, uniform orders, and events
  • Maintain fleet compliance records and liaise with suppliers and service providers
  • Administer payroll and subcontractor payments with support from external providers
  • Oversee HR processes such as onboarding, reviews, and maintaining records
  • Contribute to finance administration, including invoicing and supplier queries

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in operations or office administration, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with experience handling suppliers and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Comfortable using cloud-based systems and open to exploring new technologies
  • Exposure to HR and payroll administration, including onboarding and timesheet coordination
