This role offers the chance to take real ownership of core finance processes and work closely with senior leadership to shape and improve financial operations.

Location: Central Bath - Hybrid (2 days on-site)Day Rate: £280 - £340pd (Umbrella, depending on experience)Duration: 3-4 monthsStart Date: 2nd June
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily finance operations, including AP/AR, payroll, expenses, and bank reconciliations in Xero
- Lead month-end close and consolidation, delivering MI reports via Fathom
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, VAT, and support US tax/reporting where required
- Improve financial systems and maintain internal documentation
- Support budgeting and provide insightful ad-hoc financial analysis
