Our client is a leading national IFA firm committed to delivering client-focused, independent financial advice. With a strong reputation for integrity, professionalism, and client service, they are looking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to lead and develop a team of Financial Advisers.
As Regional Manager, you will play a key leadership role within their firm, ensuring that their advisers are supported, compliant, productive, and aligned with the company values and objectives.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Financial Advisers across the region to meet individual and team performance targets
- Support advisers in achieving high standards of client care, compliance, and business growth
- Deliver strategic initiatives at a regional level to support national business goals
- Recruit and onboard new advisers to grow your team in line with company expansion plans
- Conduct regular performance reviews, field visits, and ensure adherence to FCA regulations and internal compliance standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to support adviser success
- Identify and implement regional opportunities for growth and improved efficiency
Do you have the following to apply?
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a financial advice or wealth management environment
- Excellent understanding of FCA regulations and the advice process
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) - essential
