Day-to-day of the role:- Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and new build properties.
- Ensure high levels of client care and service throughout the conveyancing process.
- Utilise advanced conveyancing technology to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a Conveyancing Executive or a qualified Residential Property Solicitor.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent client care.
- Ambitious, dynamic, and possessing a positive "can do" attitude.
- Highly organised with a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
