Role Summary:This position offers the chance to work on a varied caseload of employment matters across both contentious and non-contentious work. You'll join a highly experienced team with strong internal support and opportunities for progression. The role is offered on either a remote or hybrid basis, with flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage a broad range of employment cases from referral to resolution: Ensuring high-quality client outcomes• Advise on settlement agreements, employment contracts, and HR documentation: Helping clients navigate complex legal requirements• Handle employment litigation including unfair dismissal and discrimination: Advocating effectively in tribunal settings• Ensure case handling aligns with regulatory and compliance frameworks: Contributing to firm-wide excellence• Support business development efforts: Expanding reach and contributing to long-term success

Requirements:• Qualified solicitor with demonstrable experience in employment law• Strong understanding of employment legislation and procedures• Skilled communicator with ability to explain legal matters clearly• Comfortable managing a caseload independently• Knowledge of the SRA Code of Conduct
