TSR Legal is working with a pioneering conveyancing firm that is redefining how legal services are delivered through technology, culture, and client care. This firm offers a modern, fully remote working environment and is now seeking a Qualified Residential Property Lawyer to join their growing team.

The Role

As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Managing your caseload autonomously with support available from a dedicated team structure
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation including contracts and title documentation
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression of files
  • Using a case management system effectively to maintain accurate records
  • Ensuring all work complies with legal and regulatory requirements

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Experienced in managing a full caseload of residential property matters (minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience)
  • Confident with digital tools and case management systems
  • Excellent with client communication and focused on delivering a first-class experience
  • Committed to continuous learning and personal development
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently in a remote environment
