AsHeadofWellness,youwill:

• Settheoverallvisionandstrategyforwellness,aligningitwiththewiderhotelandbrand.
• Curateanelevated,experientialguestjourneyfromtreatmentmenusandritualstoworkshops,retreatsandlonger-termprogrammes.
• Leadandmentoramulti-disciplinarywellnessteam,creatingacultureofcalmprofessionalism,careandcontinuousgrowth.
• Workcloselywithseniorleadershipandotherdepartmentstoensureaseamless,integratedguestexperience.
• TakeownershipofwellnessP&L,budgetingandperformance,balancingcommercialobjectiveswithintegrityoftheconcept.
• Identifyanddevelopnewconcepts,partnershipsandrevenuestreamsinlinewithglobalwellnesstrends.
• Overseeday-to-dayoperations,standardsandprocedurestoensureconsistentlyexceptionaldelivery.
