Your new company
We are recruiting for a well-known organisation who specialises in finding suitable accommodation for vulnerable and at-risk individuals, focusing on people experiencing homelessness, who may also have mental health issues or drug/alcohol dependencies.


Your new role
You will join a decided Gypsy, Roma, Traveller, and Boater (GRTB) Service team. This is your chance to actively support travelling communities across Wiltshire and Bath & North East Somerset. You will work in a variety of settings, including council and private sites, as well as roadside locations, directly contributing to the welfare of these communities. In this role, you'll work closely with partner agencies to deliver a seamless, client-focused service. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive strengths and risk assessments, tracking progress, and developing personalised support plans that reflect each client's unique needs. By involving clients at every stage, you'll help them take charge of their own journeys with your support.
This is a part-time role, working 19.5 hours per week, salary 13,122 per annum (full-time equivalent - 25,235)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track referrals to the service
- Conduct risk assessments
- Provide clients with relevant information to ensure they can access the right services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions
- Support clients in engaging with consultation events within the organisation and the wider community
- Carry out other tasks as needed, in line with the key responsibilities above


What you'll need to succeed
- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel to work.- Empathy and understanding of the needs of our clients.
- An Enhanced DBS.
