- Handle incoming enquiries and orders from customers
- Coordinate hire and delivery of equipment efficiently
- Liaise with drivers, workshop teams, and depots to ensure smooth operations
- Build and maintain great relationships with clients and suppliers
- Maintain accurate hire records and documentation
- Previous experience in a hire desk or customer service role (plant/tool hire ideal)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail
