You’ll take ownership of a private client portfolio and deliver a blend of compliance and advisory work, while playing an integral role in developing junior staff and contributing to departmental initiatives.

Requirements
  • Manage your own portfolio of private clients, primarily delivering self-assessment tax returns, as well as any associated advisory work.
  • Provide high-level personal tax planning, including IHT, CGT, and Trust advice.
  • Supervise and support junior team members in delivering work on your portfolio.
  • Participate in departmental strategy, including training, development, and process improvement.
  • Handle billing, WIP management, and ensure administration is up to date.
  • Potential line management responsibilities, depending on experience.
Benefits
  • Salary circa £60,000 - £67,500 per annum, depending on experience and qualification status.
  • ATT and/or CTA qualified.
  • Strong technical knowledge in personal tax and associated planning.
  • Proven experience supervising or managing team members.
  • Comfortable managing client relationships.
