Leadership qualities in being part of the senior leadership team as they grow through acquisitions
You must Have a good eye for COMPLIANCE, processes and understand how Financial Advisers operate and the role that they perform in the client proposition.
This will either be senior management or a board appointment so experience at a senior level is also needed liked to Financial Services Management or Director.
Predominantly office based in Maidenhead location as previously outlined.
