Our client is a well established organisation set in the beautiful town of Beaconsfield.
They are looking for a PA to join them to provide administration support to two Directors, liaise with clients and assist the directors with delivering an outstanding service.
The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter, who excels in finding solutions with previous experience in a PA, Secretary or EA role. You will be well organised and able to work to agreed timescales, whilst having the ability to actively engage with clients.
The role is office based, Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
Salary is £Comp depending on skills and experience plus excellent benefits.
In this support role the post holder will provide a full range of PA services to their Directors including -
- Full diary management
- Produce a comprehensive suite of documents at the direction of the Directors
- Liaise with clients on behalf of the directors
- Proofreading documents as required
- To be the prime contact in managing and maintaining the update of client records and various other databases
- To provide a comprehensive telephony service, making sure all messages are dealt with promptly
- AML administration
- Provide cover across the PA team during periods of absence
Skills/Experience
- Must have experience as a PA, Secretary or EA
- Excellent use of IT including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Enthusiastic and flexible approach to work
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good communication skills and a professional manner
- To meet deadlines set, with attention to quality and detail, demonstrating excellent presentation
- To work professionally and discreetly
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Confident when speaking and working with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
