They are currently looking to appoint a Personal Assistant (PA) to provide proactive and dedicated administrative support to a team of Partners. The Role

As a PA, you will play a vital part in enabling several Partners to operate at their most effective. This is a diverse and fast-paced role that requires discretion, adaptability, and a client-focused mindset. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, supporting the Partners across a variety of business and administrative activities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Full diary management and meeting coordination
  • Drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents
  • Acting as first point of contact for Partners, managing calls, messages, and emails
  • Liaising with clients promptly and professionally
  • Maintaining accurate client records usings internal databases
  • Managing AML processes and ensuring compliance is strictly followed
  • Supporting billing through accurate and timely timesheet completion
  • Providing PA cover for colleagues during periods of absence

This is a hands-on role for a candidate who takes pride in staying organised, managing priorities effectively, and anticipating the needs of those they support.

About You

You're a motivated and proactive self-starter who thrives in a structured, professional environment. With excellent organisational skills and a naturally collaborative approach, you bring both calm and confidence to a busy support role.

You’re used to managing the needs of senior professionals and understand the importance of discretion, reliability, and clear communication. You're comfortable liaising with clients and working under pressure while still maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

You’ll bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a PA, Secretary, or EA role, ideally supporting number of partners.
  • Previous experience in a solicitors or other legal/professional office environment
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • High levels of written and verbal communication
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of discretion
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to support colleagues when needed

You’ll be someone who enjoys working as part of a team but is equally comfortable taking ownership of tasks independently.
