My client is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO.As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the CEO's office. You'll be a trusted partner, managing a wide range of executive and administrative tasks, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including complex diary and inbox management
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, board sessions, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Support with project coordination and follow-up on key actions
  • Organise company-wide events and leadership offsites

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives
  • FMCG industry experience is essential.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Confident in managing multiple priorities under pressure
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and scheduling tools
  • Discreet, professional, and proactive in approach
