Your Role as SENCO:

• Oversee SEND provision and ensure compliance with current legislation

• Manage a team of teaching assistants and provide training for staff

• Coordinate support plans and liaise with external agencies and families

• Monitor academic and emotional progress of pupils with additional needs

Candidate Requirements:

• QTS and National SENCO Award (or currently working towards)

• A strong understanding of SEND frameworks and policies

• Proven experience in leadership, pastoral care, or inclusion

• A passion for improving outcomes for all learners
