We are a fine dining Italian restaurant in South London and now looking for a Sous Chef.
The Sous Chef will work in an upmarket operation, and is extremely popular with the local clientele
The Sous Chef will only work with the freshest and seasonal ingredients and there is a supportive kitchen team of 5-6 Chefs.
The Sous Chef role is for an immediate start
Its a must that the ideal Sous Chef has experience in Italian cuisine and able to travel to and from Beckenham in South London.
The Sous Chef will receive:
A salary up to £50,000 per year and depending on experience
Work 44/45 hours per week and over 5 days.
2 days off per week
