Our client a fine dining and high-volume Italian restaurant based in Beckenham in South London is now looking for a Sous Chef
Everything is made from fresh, and the Sous Chef role can lead to more senior role as a Head Chef.
This is a Busy and upmarket operation, and extremely popular with the local clientele
The Sous Chef will only work with the freshest and seasonal ingredients. There is a supportive kitchen team of 5-6 Chefs and the role is for an immediate start
Its a must that the ideal Sous Chef has experience in Italian cuisine and able to travel to and from Beckenham.
The Sous Chef will receive:
A salary between £45,000 and up to £48,000 for a strong Sous Chef
Work 44/45 hours per week and over 5 days.
2 days off per week
