Yorkshire Education are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our York office, offering a salary of 26,000 - 28,500 (pro-rata) depending upon experience. What you'll be doing as a Recruitment Resourcer:
- Proactively sourcing and engaging with educational professionals
- Building relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and match them to the right opportunities
- Using job boards, LinkedIn, and our CRM to manage candidate pipelines
- Supporting with interview coordination and candidate management throughout the process
- Helping to grow our presence and reputation within the market via social media
What we're looking for in a Recruitment Resourcer:
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
- A proactive and resilient approach - you'll enjoy picking up the phone and building relationships
- Excellent organisation skills (we work at pace and no two days are the same!)
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, but we'll happily consider ambitious candidates or those with a background in sales, customer service, or administration
