Proactive currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Executive role in Bedford.
Job Opportunity: Customer Care Executive
Location: Bedford
Salary - Salary: 25,000 per annum
Employment Basis: Perm
The Role
In this role you will serve as the primary contact for requests for orders, quotes, and product questions. Candidates must have experience with SAP and ideally manufacturing sales/admin experience.
The work will include the following:
- Handles internal & external customer enquiries quotes & orders, utilizing established standard operating policies & procedures.
- Responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Work with internal teams with a high sense of accountability and urgency
- Handles standard customer escalations, autonomously with first contact resolution when possible.
- First contact of completing supplier portal or Supplier application form request by the customers
- Order status update - expediting the order by working closely with production & purchasing team.
To apply for this role, you must have.
- Previous professional customer care experience within a manufacturing sale
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Demonstrated mechanical or technical aptitude preferred.
- Basic to Intermediate Excel Skills preferred.
