These roles will be full-time and are temp to perm for the strongest graduate teaching assistant.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting pupils one-on-one, in small groups, or in general class settings

  • Assisting with lesson delivery and helping pupils stay engaged and on track

  • Working with children who have a range of special educational needs (SEND), including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties

  • Promoting positive behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive environment

  • Developing your skills and gaining valuable experience in education

What We're Looking For

  • Enthusiastic graduates with a genuine interest in supporting children and young people

  • Experience working with children or in people-focused roles (schools, youth work, coaching, care, etc.)

  • A proactive, patient and flexible approach to learning and development

  • Previous experience with SEND is an advantage but not essential

  • A TA qualification or relevant training is a plus, but not required
