Salary: Up to £100 per day (depending on experience)
Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant in the Bedfordshire area with experience in Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2? �? About the Teaching Assistant Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils' learning and development in a nurturing environment. You'll be:
- Assisting with daily classroom activities
- Supporting child-led and structured learning sessions
- Providing one-to-one and small group support
- Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Promoting children's emotional, social, and educational development

???�? About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred)
- Previous experience supporting children in a school or early years setting
- A caring, calm, and patient approach
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusion
