We are currently recruiting for aWarranty Administrator / Controllerrole at our clients main dealership in the Bedford area. Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous experience as a Warranty Administrator and a strong understanding of warranty processes.
Warranty Administrator Role:
- Responsible for managing the warranty process within the service department, working closely with both service advisors and management.
- Oversee all warranty claims to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with both group and manufacturer standards.
- Must be an organised and detail-oriented individual with strong general administration skills.
- We are looking for someone with a solid background in warranty administration or service administration.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months experience working as a Warranty Administrator or Service Administrator within a main dealership.
- Good working knowledge of 1Link and/or Kerridge systems.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
