We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager for a well-established joinery and fitout contractor.
The role involves overseeing a team of 8 joiners and CNC machinists to produce high-quality joinery.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong people skills.
The position offers a salary range of £40,000 to £60,000 per year, along with benefits like a company pension and free parking.
This is a permanent, in-person role with a Monday to Friday day shift schedule.

We are working with a well established joinery / fitout contractor who have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Workshop Manager.

The role will involve managing a team of 8 joiners / CNC machinists in their busy workshop to produce joinery of a particularly high standard.

The ideal candidate will have;

experience in a similar role
good people skills and ability to motivate and drive a team
knowledge and experience with CNC machinery
ability to read and interpret drawings
strong attention to detail and quality control skills
good organisational skills and capable of managing workflow and working to deadlines
