The Role Job Title: On-Train Hospitality AssistantLocation: Edinburgh Waverley (Must be within a 45-minute travel distance)Salary: £24,953 per annum + 3% commissionTraining: A comprehensive training programme including a 7-day commercial skills workshop and a 2-day induction designed to help you transition smoothly. Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week Hours: Rotational shifts between 6:30 AM - 10 PM, across 5 days out 7Start Dates in June.What You'll Be Doing: - Be the welcoming face passengers remember, providing an outstanding customer experience. - Create a safe, secure, and inclusive environment where passengers feel at ease. - Handle cash and card transactions, assist with ticketing, and manage travel queries. - Support passengers with disabilities, ensuring everyone can travel confidently. - Work proactively to help manage unexpected situations such as overcrowding or customer concerns.
