An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technologist to join a respected, award-winning multidisciplinary practice based in Bedford. Known for its imaginative, design-led projects within the residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors, the practice is expanding and now seeks a motivated and enthusiastic individual to contribute to a varied portfolio of high-quality developments.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in producing accurate technical drawings and fully coordinated project information
- Prepare and submit planning applications and building regulations documentation
- Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors and the wider project team
- Undertake site visits and provide technical input throughout construction stages
- Ensure all work complies with current UK Building Regulations and industry best practice
Skills & Experience
- HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
- Strong AutoCAD skills; Revit experience is highly beneficial
- Experience in house builder projects
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Excellent communication, coordination and organisational abilities
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team
