An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technologist to join a respected, award-winning multidisciplinary practice based in Bedford. With a strong reputation for creating imaginative, design-focused schemes across the residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors, the practice is continuing to expand and is looking for a motivated, detail-driven individual to contribute to a varied portfolio of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate technical drawings and coordinated project information
- Prepare and submit planning applications and building regulations documentation
- Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
- Carry out site visits and provide technical support throughout construction stages
- Ensure all work complies with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards
Skills & Experience
- HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
- Strong AutoCAD proficiency; Revit experience highly beneficial
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects (academic or professional)
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational abilities
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
