Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Temporary Reservationist to start immediately, responsible for managing bookings and inquiries for luxurious services.
The role involves being the first point of contact, handling phone and email inquiries, and entering bookings into the Property Management System.
Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of GDPR compliance.
This position is scheduled Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM for an initial duration of 3 months.
The hourly pay rate for this role is £12.30.

Temporary Reservationist to start immediately

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client as a Temporary Reservationist, handling bookings and enquiries for our luxurious bedrooms, spa, golf, and restaurant services.

? What You'll Do:

Be the First Point of Contact: Answer phone and email enquiries with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Manage Bookings: Accurately enter bookings into our Property Management System (PMS).
Process Payments Securely: Handle payments in line with PCI compliance.
Support the Team: Perform general admin duties to keep everything running smoothly.
