The Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Production Supervisor on behalf of our client, a leading player in the manufacturing sector. You will take the lead on day-to-day manufacturing operations within the assembly and testing facility. You will ensure that safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved on a consistent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate resources, schedule workloads, and monitor production progress against targets
- Ensure adherence to engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team by supporting training initiatives, coaching, and assisting with performance reviews
- Ensure products meet quality requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications
- Drive compliance with ISO, HSE, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the production process
About you:
- Qualified in Mechanical engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline (or relevant experience)
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of assembly, testing, and machining for mechanical equipment
- Experience with lean manufacturing tools
- Great leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proficient in production planning
Benefits:
- Salary up to 34,000
- Monday to Friday Days
