In this role as the Production Supervisor, you will support the business to achieve Production Schedule targets and resolve any production issues for smooth completion of assembly for all systems. You will be responsible for creating and managing an effective assembly plan across each product family and will utilise your organisational and communication skills to appropriately oversee the assembly stages of each project.
What we would like from the Production Supervisor:
- Educated to Level 3 NVQ (or qualified by experience)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Production Assembly environment or similar position
- Ability to improve quality and efficiency of work processes and drive implementation
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Diligent, structured and organised approach to work, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Ability to work in an everchanging, fast-paced environment
What we offer the Production Supervisor:
- Salary between £35,000 to £40,000
- 12-month fixed term contract with the potential for it to be extended
- 39-hour week (8 hours Mon-Thurs and 7 hours Fri)
- 23 days annual leave bank holidays
