What We're Looking For:
- Previous SEN or Mental Health Support Experience - in school, care, or community settings.
- A genuine interest in mental health and behaviour support.
- Patience, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
- A proactive approach to working with vulnerable young people.
- Ideally based in or near Bedford, or able to reliably commute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with a range of additional needs.
- Assist in delivering tailored behaviour and learning strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, clinical staff, and families to support holistic student development.
