Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and high-level design of advanced FPGA systems

Translate top-level requirements into scalable, modular firmware architectures

Guide and support a team of firmware developers across implementation and verification

Own design decisions, risk assessments, and review processes

Shape firmware strategy and promote reusability, efficiency, and quality

Collaborate across disciplines to ensure cohesive system delivery

What You’ll Bring
5+ years in firmware/FPGA design, with experience in architecture or technical leadership

Deep knowledge of VHDL/SystemVerilog, high-speed digital design, and simulation

Experience in defence, aerospace, or safety-critical embedded systems preferred

Eligibility for UK Security Clearance is essential
