Service Delivery Manager – Carryduff – Permanent

REED Technology are delighted to partner with a Software Organisation who are looking for a Service Delivery Manager with a passion for technology and a collaborative spirit to join their team.

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that an effective and efficient service is being delivered to customers at all times. They are also responsible for ensuring that this service is of a high standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be responsible for project managing the implementation of systems to clients.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of  implementations and weekly Jobs Board tasks.
  • You will be responsible for managing the onboarding of new clients and new product migration project.
  • You will provide assistance, as required by the sales function, on all company products
  • You will represent company at project initiation meetings, health check meetings, customer meetings, including product launches, focus groups, seminars and exhibitions.
  • You will be responsible for managing professional services quotations.

Essential criteria

  • Experience of client relationship management
  • Experience of customer engagement project management
  • Knowledge in Network, routing, switching, Network infrastructure; Comfortable with VLAN , VRFs, NAC, WIFI, optical fibre, copper cabling technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management abilities, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
