Agency Chef (Minimum Senior CDP Level)
Location: Belfast & Greater Belfast Area
Pay Rate: £16 per hour (plus holiday pay accrued)
About the Role: We are recruiting experienced chefs at a minimum Senior Chef de Partie (CDP) level to provide high-quality culinary support across Belfast and the Greater Belfast area. This agency role offers flexibility while allowing skilled chefs to work in a variety of professional kitchen environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work efficiently across different kitchen settings, maintaining high standards of food preparation and service.
- Adapt quickly to new teams and kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth service.
- Uphold all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with menu execution, service delivery, and kitchen organization.
- Represent the agency with professionalism and reliability.
Requirements:
- Minimum Senior Chef de Partie (CDP) level experience—applications below this level will not be considered.
- Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various culinary environments.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Food Safety Level 2 certification (preferred).
- A proactive and positive approach to work with attention to detail.
