What You'll Be Doing
Candidate Sourcing Excellence
- Utilising advanced search techniques across LinkedIn, job boards, and niche platforms to identify top-tier candidates
- Building comprehensive talent pools across their core sectors
- Engaging passive candidates through targeted outreach campaigns
- Conducting initial screening calls and qualifying candidates against specific briefs
Supporting High-Performing Consultants
- Working closely with their senior consultants to understand client requirements and candidate specifications
- Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring consistent flow of quality applicants
- Coordinating interview processes and maintaining excellent candidate experience throughout
- Contributing to business development through market intelligence gathering
What They're Looking For
Essential:
- Recruitment experience from either agency or in-house environments (corporate TA, RPO, or agency resourcer/recruiter roles all welcomed)
- Proven ability to source candidates effectively using multiple channels
- Strong phone skills and confidence in stakeholder communication
- Experience with Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrable passion for finding and engaging top talent
Highly Desirable:
- Understanding of professional services markets
- Track record of hitting targets or KPIs in previous roles
- Experience managing high-volume requisitions or multiple hiring manager
