Recruitment Partner - North Belfast, On-site Permanent Opportunity  

Are you an experienced Recruitment Partner looking for a hands-on role in a fast-moving, dynamic business? We’re seeking a talented individual on a full-time, permanent basis, working on-site in North Belfast with our award-winning client.

About the Role

This is a delivery-focused position, where you’ll play a critical role in hiring across a diverse range of teams. You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle leveraging direct sourcing, referrals, and agency support when needed to secure top talent.

We're looking for someone who is client-focused, proactive, and passionate about finding the right people for the business. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, providing strategic guidance, managing vacancies from brief to offer, and delivering exceptional results.

Beyond recruitment, you’ll also have the opportunity to support key people and talent initiatives, such as process improvements, diversity hiring, and onboarding projects.

Key Responsibilities

?? Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies and run targeted sourcing campaigns.

?? Where necessary, have experience of working with all external bodies to ensure all candidates are compliant to work in the UK

?? Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and guiding them through to offer stage.

?? Use multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to engage talent.

?? Ensure a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers, providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a smooth process.

?? Support and/or lead wider HR initiatives such as process improvements, diversity hiring,  and onboarding projects.

?? Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, proactively networking and nurturing potential candidates.

?? Collaborate with business leaders to implement creative and effective recruitment strategies to attract talent.

?? Provide regular hiring reports and insights to keep managers updated on recruitment progress.

?? Improve recruitment processes to streamline workflows and enhance the use of data and technology.

?? Coach and support hiring managers, ensuring they can conduct fair, effective interviews and make strong hiring decisions.

What You’ll Bring

? Proven expertise in talent acquisition, with deep knowledge of best practices across the hiring lifecycle.

? Ability to work at pace, managing multiple roles simultaneously without compromising on quality.

? Strong professionalism and integrity, ensuring fair and well-thought-out recruitment decisions.

? Comfortable using recruitment tools with a data-driven approach to improving hiring processes.

? Extensive recruitment experience in an in-house, internal, or RPO setting, with a track record of hiring volume talent.

 ? Confident direct recruiter, with the judgment to determine when outsourcing will drive better results.

? Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

? Approachable, pragmatic, and quick to solve recruitment challenges with effective solutions.
