As part of our Regional Civils division, your role as Managing Quantity Surveyor will be to manage a small team of quantity surveyors on a single large project based at Benacre, East Suffolk. This project will require heavy civils and NEC experience. It offers the chance to join a project in the early stages of development and put your stamp on it.

Requirements:
Proven experience in the ability to lead, influence and communicate with others and, in particular, create successful commercial teams at all levels is required. Demonstrable experience in a specific sector may be required.
Substantial previous experience in quantity surveying within a relevant business environment and a valid CSCS card are required. Membership of a relevant professional body and/or relevant professional qualification is desirable, such as RICS/CIOB/RIBA/ICE/ CIBSE.
The ability to operate successfully in a commercial environment and previous experience of managing project commercial performance is necessary.
Commercial awareness is required to assess margin, risk and cash flow.
Be a member of RICS, ICES or CIOB
Have a strong focus on safety and quality
