Their kitchen is passionate about fresh, seasonal produce, and theyre now looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join their friendly brigade.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Chef De Partie
- £30,000 per annum
- Working 40 hours per week, straight shifts
- Paid overtime or time off in lieu
- Weekends off during the winter months

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
- Running your designated section with confidence and consistency
- Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
- Supporting junior chefs and helping maintain a positive team environment
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- Working closely with the Head and Sous Chefs to support smooth kitchen operations
Youll lead your own section and deliver consistently high-quality, beautifully presented dishes. Working alongside an experienced Head Chef, youll have the chance to develop your skills, contribute ideas, and take real pride in your work.
