About You
To be considered for this position you must have:
- Have recent experience as a Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant or a similar role or have a relevant life experience and passion for working with students aged 7+Â
- Have knowledge, or willingness to learn of the National Curriculum and additional support needsÂ
- Have experience of working with children/young people of relevant age in a learning environment or relevant work experience with transferable skillsÂ
- Have good communication skills written and verbalÂ
- Set an example of positive personal integrity and professionalism, with positive, appropriate and effective communications and relationships at all levelsÂ
- Ensure high standards are maintained, progressed and promoted in all areas of workÂ
