- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
- Handle administrative tasks such as rotas and reporting.
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar senior role in a busy restaurant or pub setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
