We are looking for a chef de partie/chef to join a local, established and very busy day time only restaurant serving all fresh food menus near Beaconsfield. It is a great opportunity to work with an inspirational head chef and to get involved in other parts of the business.
The work life balance is amazing - no evenings and every other weekend off!!
You will need your own transport to get here.

CHEF DE PARTIE - IS THIS YOU?
- Experience as a chef de partie gained working in busy restaurants, contract catering operations, food led pubs etc
- A background preparing, producing and cooking fresh food menus
- Passion for cooking using all fresh ingredients
- A hands-on approach and willingness to learn
CHEF DE PARTIE - YOU WILL:
- Prepare and cook the seasonally changing company menu
- Work alongside the head chef
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organisation and kitchen safety measures
- Ensure all compliance, legislation and company systems & procedures are adhered to
