Theyre looking for a motivated Chef De Partie whos hungry to learn, grow and progress. The kitchen works to standards in line with a 3 AA Rosette level, and theyre very happy to consider chefs currently in strong 12 Rosette brigades who are ready for the step up.

Due to the restaurants countryside location, having your own transport is essential.

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie

  • Running your section with precision across prep, service and close
  • Consistently delivering dishes to a high standard aligned with top-tier rosette kitchens
  • Supporting and guiding junior chefs to uphold best practice
  • Maintaining excellent food safety, cleaning routines and HACCP records
  • Contributing ideas and feedback to drive standards and seasonal menu development
