JOB TITLE: Payroll Administrator
SALARY: Up to £28,000

STRUCTURE: Hybrid after probation
LOCATION: Berkhamsted

Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of payroll administration 
  • Manage the overpayment process and family leave administration
  • Support zero-hour worker processes and ensure compliance
  • Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant electronic personnel files
  • Assist with our applicant tracking system and recruitment administration
  • Provide ad hoc HR and payroll reporting, including support with P11Ds and PSAs
  • Support with IR35 requests and general People & Culture initiatives

  • Proven experience in payroll administration end to end.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
