- Manage the overpayment process and family leave administration
- Support zero-hour worker processes and ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant electronic personnel files
- Assist with our applicant tracking system and recruitment administration
- Provide ad hoc HR and payroll reporting, including support with P11Ds and PSAs
- Support with IR35 requests and general People & Culture initiatives
- Proven experience in payroll administration end to end.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
