We're looking for a hands-on and reliable Production Assistant to support CNC machinists in a clean, modern, and well-equipped factory environment.
What you'll be doing:
Assisting machinists with loading/unloading materials
General production support and housekeeping
Moving products through different stages of the process
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What we're looking for:
A positive, team-focused attitude
Previous factory or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts (2 days, 2 nights)
