Coach Operations Administrator & Support

Location: Beverley
Hours: 38 hours per week (including alternate weekends)
On-call: One night per week
Salary: £25,194k pa
Holidays: 28 days per year (including bank holidays)

About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-driven Coach Operations Administrator & Support to join our busy operations team.
This is a varied role combining operational coordination, administration, and financial support ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

  • Coordinate and process coach bookings in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations and driver scheduling team.
  • Prepare, check, and distribute driver documentation.

Finance & Invoicing

  • Generate accurate and timely customer invoices.
  • Manage credit control, including chasing outstanding payments.
  • Support with financial reconciliation and other administrative duties as required.

Customer Service

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, confirming bookings and managing queries or amendments.
  • Deliver a professional and friendly service by phone, email, and face-to-face.

On-Call Support

  • Be available one night per week to handle urgent operational queries or last-minute issues.

Working Hours

  • 38 hours per week
  • Week 1  - Monday/Tuesday//Thursday/Friday - 8.00am till 6:00pm – 30 min break – 38 hours per week
  • Week 2  - Tuesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday – 8.00am till 6.00pm – 30 min break – 38 hours per week

About You

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Previous experience in administration, operations, or customer service.
  • Experience in the transport or logistics sector is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
